What's the buzz in your market?
I had 2 closings this past week, so I had a few conversations with agents and the title company. The closer at the title co. says they are extremely busy and needing to hire. She told me that some agents are very bullish. The agents I'm working with are saying they are very busy too, but not ready to say we are in a hot market. All say this year is the best first half in several years.
This is Dallas, and areas east of Dallas.
