Any advice on getting an investment mortgage with Bankruptcy
I have been at my job 15 years my annual income is 125k i have 20,000 in savings to put down on an investment property I have a 652 fico and a chapter 7 bankruptcy 2 and a half years ago I have very low debt and currently have no home I am renting I am finding it difficult to obtain financing for an investment property any help would be greatly appreciated the homes i am looking for are between 65k and 85k any advice help or similiar stories would be greatly appreciated
