Need Alabama Licensed Lender ASAP

HI all,

I have a tenant in one of my rentals that wants to buy my property and I want to sell it to him.  It's already listed and we have one offer but I'd rather sell it to my tenants.  The problem is that they still have until December to be 2 years out of BK.  I'm not sure of their financial situation beyond that.  If somebody out there is will to try and help them out please PM me.
