100% seller financing
Has anyone had success in Bakersfield/So Cal with 100% owner financing on either SFR or multi-family (up to 4 units). Just curious, as I'm looking at this strategy right now. Do you think these leads would possibly come from a wholesaler, or would they rely on private money or traditional financing to close a deal? I appreciate your help.
