Sharon -- I think small business owners would be particularly receptive; i know I would. What would your lending criteria be?

I am very interested in pursuing commercial real estate lending to small business owners. I sure would like to know how to market to small business owners and Multi-family apartment owners. I would offer refinance and purchases. I did some telephone calling to small business owners and had some positive contact. But not a lot of business owners were receptive.
