Hi all, I'm looking for a jv or an equity partner for an indoor storage facility for big ticket items like rv's, boats, cars, motor homes, and etc. This is a concept I can invision going the same way as U- STORE- IT units. I have the vision and can manage but can't fund the project. I live on the suncoast of fl and I can see a need for something like this here and elsewhere. People pay big dollars for these toys and to get them out of the weather i really think there is a market for this type of facility. Right now I'm looking at an ideal loc. and facility. If there is any interest in this project please let me know asap!! Thank you !!!
