I am looking for a private lender who will lend on Alberta fix and flips for short term projects. Alberta is the hub of the Canadian Oil Sands and as such our residential houses prices are rising at a solid rate.

Our effective marketing and solid real estate experience bring us a number of under market value, single family, quick fix and flip investment opportunities.

If you truely have the funds available to act as a hard money investor or a private lender then we need to talk. We have a solid, proven track record, having completed over 16 short term joint venture fix and flips in the past year alone. References available.
