Good or bad deal?
I'm looking to buy a 6 plex for 250k. I found a lender that's willing to do a 2-3 year bridge loan at 7.75% interest. It brings in roughly 36k before taxes and expenses are around 30k a year. Should I pull the trigger on this deal? P.s It's in a great location right next to downtown. Thanks!
