partnering with a contractor to buy, fix and flip my first deal
Anyone out there able to share their experience regarding their first purchase, rehab and flip? I am getting ready to work with a builder, whom I have not done business with yet, but trust the source from which they have come.
Any suggestions on what the profit split should be if they are suppling labor and I am covering all costs?
