Future retirement pension as part of creative payment plan
Is it possible to use future retirement benefits as part of a purchase offer?
I will start collecting around $1,700 / month from military reserve retirement in 2019. Is there any legal way to work this into a creative purchase agreement that a seller would receive payment on a balloon loan payable when I had the extra retirement income?
