Rental Properties in Chicago land

Hello BP,

I have been flipping properties for 16 months and I am looking to get into the rental side. Does anyone know a lender that will lend to an investor with less than 2 years taxes? Looking for an investor with reasonable fees. Or a bank that can provide a LOC. I currently am buying all my properties with cash and are free and clear. THANKS FOR THE HELP!
