I just listened to podcast 106, which was great buy the way. My biggest question is how to should I start looking for private money lenders. Im closing on my 1st deal right at this moment. Its a duplex, im financing with an FHA loan. So after this deal im planning to pursue creative financing options. What do you guys think?
