Looking for either private equity or hard money
I am a new investor looking for private equity/hard money in the northern Idaho/eastern Washington areas. I would really like to get moving on my first deal but I know I am going to need to get creative with the financing. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!!!
