legal question about website content

Hello BP, I'm a new investor looking to create my own website. What I've seen on other investor website statements such as,"buy any condition any situation" "close within 2 weeks"

This might be a dumb question, but can i get sued over these statements? Obviously it is not the case for everyone that I talk to but for the ones that I try to help and it doesn't work out. How i can i protect myself from people like that?
