How do You Finance a Manufactured Home?

I found a beautiful 3/2 1,500 sqft manufactured home that I was interested in purchasing as a rental only to find out that unless this property is going to be owner occupied you can not get a conventional mortgage?

Does anyone have any suggestions for financing these types of homes?
