Looking for solid deals in California. 

SF Bay Area (SF, East-Bay - South Bay, Peninsula)

So Cal ( LA, Orange County and San Diego) 

Please make sure these properties are in areas where they will sell. The higher purchase price or rehab cost the better profit margins should be projected.
