Need a helping hand
I am in the Hampton, VA. Area and I have studied and read everything I can find on REI up here, went to local meets and plan on continuing my studies; however, I am a hands on person and need a mentor toshow me the steps and help with funds, I will do all the work. And % of the deal or deals can be negotiated. I just need someone with experience to help. I am hard working and determined to get my REI business off the ground, but I can't do it on my own. I would also be willing to do some leg work to help in your business on top of the % for the deals we do together for payment, not sure what birddogging comes to mind, that too is negotiable.
