Question.  

When a cash buyer has their own PM teams located in target areas, wanting to purchase fully rehabbed and or occupied properties that have been offered for sale by the Owner's PM team, what happens to the Owner's PM if a sale is transacted?  Buyer is set up already, just wants the asset?
