Looking for Nationwide Hard Money Lender
I'm currently looking for a hard money lender or group that lends nationwide or primarily in the states listed below to partner with or get a referral fee. Originally I thought it would be a good idea to market my wholesale deals and also say that I can recommend a hard money lender for financing to set it up almost as a package. In addition, I have investors in other states who have asked me about lenders. I'd most likely create a separate website/online application to intake leads to track everything.
