Seeking Loan
My business partner and I own an LLC that has a property free and clear in souther IL. We have two BPO's, one for 65k and one for 70k. We are seeking a loan to our LLC for 30k to do a complete rehab, property will then be sold and loan repaid.
Important facts:
1) Property is held by LLC.
2) LTV is low less then 50% but this is a smaller balance loan. This seems to be an issue as a lot of lenders don't want to do small balance loans.
