Just starting out in Eugene, OR. Looking at multi family units around the area.
Hi everyone, Me and my dad have started an LLC and are looking for money/equity partner/s to help us get going as we have very little cash and a few credit cards to work with. We have come across a few multi family deals that look like great cash-flow but can't secure them on our own as we don't have any deals yet to stand on. Everywhere we look we see people saying the first is the hardest and we would like to work with someone to get over that hump and build a long term relationship with. My dad just retired last year and I'm self employed so getting a traditional loan seems a little out of reach for us on our own. Any help and/or advice is greatly appreciated.
