Looking for an investor on 4 SFH's in Ohio. Buy and hold. $$$$
I just received a lead from a VERY motivated seller. He and his wife are getting a quick divorce and they need to sell off their 4 rental properties. All 4 are Single Family Homes in Eastern Ohio. He is willing to sell them for $100K, or $25K each. (Prefer to sell all 4 to one buyer).
I did a quick Zillow estimate search ( I know, there are not accurate, but it gives me a ballpark number). The total Zillow estimate for all 4 is $229,000. They are all currently rented, with a total monthly income of $2,650.
I am looking for an investment partner on this deal. I am open to hearing some options, but hard money/bridge loans will not work as these will go into my long term rental portfolio.
