Hi all,

We are a PE fund from Asia and we have allocated roughly 8-10mn to invest in SFH or multi-family ( Buy and rent out ) in San Diego, Orange County and Las Vegas. We are also interested in housing development ventures in North Dakota Bakken Oil region. Please contact me if you have any leads on interesting projects. We are in Socal from 2/1 to 2/12 and ND from 2/13 to 2/17 We hope to hear from you
