First Rental
I'm getting ready to close on my first rental and I was hoping to get some feedback. It only needs some cosmetic repairs. When it comes to the floor, there are 7 different colors of tile and 4 rooms of carpet. I was going to replace the carpet with tile. My question is should I go ahead and replace all of the flooring in the house to match or just do as little as possible cause it's a rental. There is a $2000 difference.
