Tile tub/shower surround
The bottom 3 rows of tile in tub surround were removed due to the backing being compromised by H2O intrusion. Now I can't match the tile. I saved as many of the original tiles as I could.
Am I hurting my ability to rent the property if I piecemeal the old tile with a close color of new tile? I can't see spending $1000s on redoing the entire surround.
