Sewer Line in the Basement backing up

Hi Friends,

I have a property in Buffalo that I bought in August. My PM informed me that the sewer line from basement to street seems to be broken and is backing up in basement since yesterday. This could be due to heavy snowfall recently.

He is estimating this to be an expense of about 10k. Anyone else here who had a similar issue. How much did it cost to repair?

Also, is this covered by insurance?
