Property Management and Verifying Condition of Property

Hello BPer's,

I would like to better understand the Property Management Business. Those of you with Property Managers I wanted to know:

1. How often does your Property Manager visit the property?

2. How do they share the condition of the property with you (i.e. phone call, report etc)?

3. Does it cost you extra for the Property Manager to visit the property?

For those of you who are looking to get a Property Manager:

1. How often would you want your Property Manager to visit the property?

2. How would you like them to describe the condition of the property for you? What format would you like them to report it to you (i.e. phone call, report etc) ?

3. Would you be willing to pay for additional visits to the property beyond once a year?
