Apartment turn over time
It is a 2 bed 1 bath in philly. Had great tenants for 1.5 years. Unfortunately their careers bring them to Seattle.
I let them move out early an exempted them from Last month rent because they kept the place clean allowed me to do a ton of showings and I was able to secure good replacement tenants. So I will have zero days of vacancy.
I have a full week including two weekends to do minor cleaning, take out trash, some yard work, and touch up paint. I did everything but the touch up paint and yard work last night.
They even spackled over the holes from their picture hangers.
They will be getting their deposit back in full. Easy peasy!
