3/2 vs 3/1 average tenant stays
Hi fellow BP'ers! I was thinking about this question this evening as we are looking to buy a few more rentals for our portfolio. Do any of you have any idea what the difference is on average tenant stay with a 3 bed/2 bath vs a 3 bed/1bath single family house?
We are trying to decide between a couple different houses and this really peaked my curiosity and I figured some of you experts might have some experience in this department.
