great story, but I disagree with her thought process. At the end of the article she said she's going to be all mother theresa and help others. Obviously this landlord doesn't care about profits or her own financial future if she's going to be donating all of her profits away.

Don't worry. She's a Chicago landlord. There won't be any profits to give away after taxes.
