Eddie, 10 mortgages is correct. Additional ways to purchase are:
owner financing
Cash
Credit partner
You can also find some smaller local banks who are willing to offer you financing on property they have that they want to get rid of. You can get some good deals but most likely will need to put down 25% but they will offer financing. Good luck.

Alot of banks will have investor overlays and only 4 max regardless of your realtionship with the bank. Some overlays are starting to losen a bit, but you would just have to call around in your area.
