Naming a PM company

Just wondering what your thoughts are on naming a PM company.

For liability reasons, we want the managing company to be separate from the owning entity.

I've considered using my last name for the PM company but am also thinking that this could be used potentially to pierce the corporate veil

What are your thoughts on this? Is it safe to have the PM co and the Owner Co similar in name, or for safety sake should the PM co be something completely different?
