Hello again fellow BiggerPockets members from and around the greatest city in the world, New York! I'm pleased to announce our next Meetup in Manhattan will be taking place on Thursday May 28th at 6pm so put it in your calendar! You MUST register through the links to attend the event located at the top and bottom of this message.

Our very special guest will be BiggerPockets.com's VP of Growth, Co-Host of the BiggerPockets' Podcast, the Ask BP Podcast, BiggerPockets' Author and Real Estate Investor Brandon Turner and his wife & business partner Heather Turner!

If you don't know Brandon then either you're new, live a very sheltered life, or you aren't taking advantage of this incredible website.  

The event will take place at 120 East 23rd Street in the WeWork space. This is our third time here at this location so yet again I want to personally thank Matt Rodak from FundThatFlip.com for providing us the space to make this event happen (and the food and drink). Again, expect to hear from Matt or another representative from Fundthatflip.com during the event about the great service that they provide and deservedly so. Thanks again Matt!  Hearing from Fundthatflip.com will be the only "pitching of products or services" you'll hear outside what other members may talk to you about. If you haven't read it yet perhaps you should order it, here.  He may also talk about BiggerPockets.com Pro member benefits and rightfully so.    However, what he's really going to talk about the most will be a presentation to the group on the things you must to do build a Real Estate Empire.  Heck, we are in the Empire State for this so how fitting a topic for this meetup!

Even if you're brand new to BiggerPockets, a first time investor or a seasoned Pro, money lender or contractor, wholesaler or business professional, be sure to be there and meet other members and those interested in Real Estate investing from the NYC metro area which includes Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Orange County, Fairfield County CT, and Northern NJ.

There is no dress code. Come as you feel most comfortable to network with others. Just be prepared for another great event, especially when Brandon and Heather are around!
