Who all here is a lender?

Post up if you are a lender (Mortgages, commercial, hard money, etc...). What state you are in, and what states you can do business in. And, post anything else about yourself that you would like.

Business: Mortgages, Commercial loans, SBA's, luxury vehicle, airplanes, business and medical equipment.

I'm able to do loans for all 50 states.

I work with over 300 different lenders and am able to do A-paper, Alt-A, and Sup-prime loans.

I am a loan officer in Delaware working for MBFC Financial. We are licensed in all 50 states. The thing is I just became a loan officer 3 months ago and business for myself is slow. Can anyone help me get business going. Plus I would like to get into commercial lending.

SISA 95% with 680 Fico
6, 12 and 24 month Bank Statement Products
Subprime Stated down to 550 mid score
Subprime down to 500 mid fico Full Doc
Subprime 95% down to 590 with seller carry to 100%
We have 2nd home and NOO products
FNMA Levels 1,2,3

" Home Access" that offers 100% LTV with NO MI and rates are 1% above conforming. To qualify borrower must have either a 620 mid fico or have NO Established Traditional Credit and No Fico and provide 3 Alternative Tradelines and a VOR

I'm with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and I deal with 50 states.

I can do FHA, VA, and anything else in between.

I have in house processing, in house underwriting, and in house closing. :lol:

Loan Officer specializing in first time homeowners and refinance. Have the ability to broker a deal in almost every state, but not really interested -- and I don't think it benefits a borrower to work with a guy like me outside of Cali. But if you're looking for someone to get you the best par wholesale rate anywhere in California...

By the way, just saw an owner occupied 30 yr fixed rate at 5% today (no buydown) for first time in well over a year. Such a pretty number. Probably still going lower for a brief period of time too.

Buyer's market AND cellar rates...you lifetime brokers all know what I'm talkin' about.
