My company YourRealEstateExperts is hosting a short sale bootcamp. It's a weekend-long event that covers a lot of the business. Our small team has over 30 years of experience in short sales. We have all closed many deals, run into and prevailed against many unexpected stumbling blocks, and have been doing so since before short sales and pre-foreclosures were the big thing.
We also go into business strategy. Bob Proctor (from " The Secret" ) will be there to discuss the laws of attraction and how to use them to make you successful in real estate. (He only speaks for a few hours, so if that isn't your thing, don't worry, it's not the primary focus).
We're also quite successful in REO purchasing/sales, all types of wholesaling, and building corporate credit. You'll have plenty of chance to network with us, and all the other attendees.
