Virtual Wholesaling?

I am interested in creating a group here on BiggerPockets where investors can share the tools & techniques they are using to leverage technology in their real estate business.

My business partner and I have been "investing everywhere from anywhere" for over 2 years and have begun to see more and more coverage of the concept.

My business partner, Cris Chico, created the system we currently use out of necessity when his local market (South Fla) tanked.

Using web based tools and lead sources he has been able to keep living in South Fla while investing in over a dozen markets where the real estate bubble didn't impact wholesaling.

Anyone else doing anything like this?

i wasn't advertising ... andy m has been to my event in the past and had a blast. He asked me directly "when's the next seminar, man?".

i didn't have any links, mention any prices, or even mention the hotel.

6 of my 7 wholesale deals are virtual. I'm in Northern Virginia and the virtual deals are in places like Memphis, Detroit and Cincinnati, to name a few. This is because most of the sellers that call me are upside down. I've found more cheap houses with lots of equity way outside my backyard. I still have to find serious cash buyers and assign the deals.

DemosL, your post is most encouraging! I'm working a little bit every day to put Duncan Wierman's system in place. Which of the VW teachers did you follow?
