Hello,

My name is Stephanie. I am currently a Property Manager in Indiana. I have over 10 years experience in Property Management and am looking to help investors in need of a good, and dependable Property Manager. I have worked with student housing, income based housing, conventional housing, senior housing, and more. I have years of marketing experience and property management software experience. If you are in need of a Property Manager in Indiana, please contact me via the email below. My rates are simple, I charge a flat rate of $15 per hour with a 15 hour per week minimum. I receive a $50 commission for each new lease and a $25 commission for each lease renewal. AND THATS IT!
