Well it stand for National Association of Commercial Real Estate Property Scouts.

You pay either $97 fee up front(or more depending on how much more information and materials you need)and $40 a month to post commercial real estate for them.

It was a waste of time. I was a member several months ago about the time I started to get educated on REI. The training material wasn't up to par and once you do find a property you have to go through a bunch of crap in order for them to review and accept the property.

I wouldn't waste my time with these guys. They should be paying you not you pay them anything.
