Hi Mr Investor,

I was shilling access to funds for back to back closings. This program offers you access to funds for 1% plus a $300 fee. The best I found before that was 2% and up. So if you have a better source and one that works then I can shill that. Plus I will use it for myself like I already do with these funds.

Sounds like a scam! Why do you need a software program that you have to pay for to qualify your deals when you could just use all of the free excel spreadsheets on this forum? Plus you will still need a lender of some sort, having the software program may "pre-qualify" your deals, but it won't guarantee financing. Sorry!

It's just a MLM for flash funding. Seen it before advertised on BP. Why pay flash funding fees at all when you can just double close and use your end buyer's funds to close the A-B transaction.

I was told by many this could not be done, but now that I have the sources who can do it, complete new ball game. Perhaps the statements I received before should have said, "I cant do it" not "it can't be done".

When I said program it was not meant to be a software program. We can give you access to the funding to close your A-B transaction before you flip the B-C.

And Will, please show us some proof how you use nowadays day funds from your B-C transaction to pay off A-B. If that is the case you will have thousands of followers and make more money without ever closing a deal.

Believe me, if I could make tons of money from "followers" without every closing a deal (easy money that falls into your lap) I would, but it just ain't reality!
Bottom line is this, look up double close or simultaneous close and you should be able to answer your own questions. "Prove" how I do it? Am I on trial here? There are certain transactions that can not close this way and others that can, it is as simple as that. For the ones that can not, perhaps flash funding is in order.
The bottom line is we have seen your very same ad of other MLM'rs floating this flash funding around. Brings to mind the NR community marketers that all got banned from this site. We are not interested in seeing it happen all over again with flash funding MLM'rs, OK.
Anyone needing flash funding for a product nows about it and has the ability to find it. There is no need for the same spam ads to be posted all over BP.

Will, you are for sure not on a trial. As a fellow investor I am just interested on how you are doing it. I searched for funding for a long time and there are several ones offering transactional funding. So far their package and access to title company was it worth for me joining them. And this specific forum is for marketing. I do apologize if I offended you in any way.

I don't think flash funding is a bad thing, in fact, there may come a time for me to use it, but if I can close without that added expense, of course I will choose that option instead.
