I have Lance Edwards course do you want it
Sure if you will pay me money I will take it, and drop it off on his door step.
I was not impressed. None of his students had closed on any deals. they only had them under contract. and As we know that does not mean jack.
Well I'm glad you said something because I was thinking about getting it so you saved me some money right there.
Blessed is my mentor Sean Arnold for I come under the tongue of good rapport. Tomorrow I have the honor of sitting down with Steve Kaufman for thirty minutes. He is the owner of Zeus mortgage and very active in the investor community. They are quite well known in Houston.

As long as I can keep my foot from entering my mouth, I believe I may have a Powerful Experienced and Influential mentor to assist me while I climb my first mountain.
I do not believe he has ever mentored before. So it will be a day to go upon my wall if he says yes. I know I will do as he says. If that means a G string and high heels with a sign on the street corner that says Zeus Mortgage to show him I am serious. It will be done.
Yuck, that would be a disturbing site.
Now as far as Lance Edwards course goes. I paid a few thousand for the 3 day boot camp. I only learned 3 things. It was a ton, a ton of filler and at the end a typical up sell. He wanted a few K more
They were upset as I would not give a testimonial about his class. I told him a class does not mean anything. When I apply this knowledge and it results in Cash in the bank, then I shall give praise. Not until then. They did not like that. The prefer the gentle bleat of a sheep and not the roar of a lion.
"It is better to live one day as a lion than a hundred years as a sheep."
Mike,
Did you find a copy of the course? If you did, what did you think?
How did your meeting with Sean and Steve K go?
I'm not up to speed on all the various gurus out there, but because of this thread, went a looked Lindahl's site, read his blog and checked out his review on amazon. His blog was fairly interesting but, like many a guru's writing, doesn't get very detailed. Looks like he is getting beat up on amazon as well:
"The Apartment House Riches program was very poorly organized. The CD quality was very bad and hard to understand. It sounded like it was in a huge room using a muffled mike. We counted 10-15 grammar and spelling error's in the first hour of reading. Had some good information and ideas just lacked any sign of professionalism, very low budget."
I wonder if Apartment House Riches was an early work by Lindahl and if he got any better. As an apartment investor, there is so much attention on SFH out there that it's refreshing to see someone focus on multi-family. Can someone share their experiences?
thanks
