If you have not already heard about our "Make Me An Investor" program and live video series (what planet are you on!) then you must get to our blog right here on BP and check it out.

That said, our program involves taking a select few students from start to finish through the entire process of a REO purchase, rehab and retail flip for maximum profits. It is an 8 week program and will involve not just study materials (like you get everywhere else) but also hands on, live experience at our rehab project as well as your own (if you get one). We will teach you how to build yoiur team for This strategy, market analysis, financial analysis, dealing with contractors, funding your deal, exit strategies, and more. We will give you the tools needed and the one on one guidance necessary to make you successful your very first time so that you can duplicate the process on your own in any area of your choice.

We had one of our candidates unfortunately drop from the program due to some unforseen persoanl situations so we are now taking interviews for this spot! The program starts Monday, so today, perhaps tomorrow is all you have left to contact us.
