I think its a self promotion for her book. It is a good book though, its how I got stated in short sales. I've never bought the course though.

I have read the book too. It is a good book for beginners as it is very informative and sets a good basis for further education and guidance.

Like Justin, I have never bought the course or other materials. I myself prefer a mentor methodology over a video course or even a seminar.

Yeah you right this a good one, I just wanna share good stuff on how the beginners can handle and be productive on every deal they will face.
