Our company has been a national real estate investor since 2006 with numerous websites that collect seller and buyer leads.

In 2008, we made the decision to focus our business in 2009 on the acquisition of seller financed real estate and business notes.

We still receive numerous web leads and phone calls from both sellers and buyers.

We would like to formally partner with a national real estate investor to service these leads through some type of profit-sharing venture. If anyone out there is interested in this type of arrangement, please call or email me.
