I have my own business marketing directly to homeowners who are facing foreclosure and have been successful selling my leads to investors. These are quality leads that the homeowners have contacted me directly asking for help.

I am expanding my business and have been marketing in different states. I explain the short sale process and get all of the homeowners and properties information. I will only give out leads from homeowners who will like a short sale done with there home. I acquire new leads every day. Every lead that I receive I will send you an email with a Property Information Sheet that will have all of the homeowners and the properties information.

Please let me know what state(s) you are interested in. I can provide 1-5 leads a week. Website is coming. Please feel free to ask any questions.

What do you charge? Or, how are your fees structured?

What states are you marketing?

Will you give an Investor "sole" rights to a certain area?
