Pardon my absence over the last few months, but I have been very busy/productive making money with REO rehab flips and it has taken up quite a bit of my time.

At any rate, and for those who do not already know, we at Nationwide Property Investments created an 8 week REO training program which is unlike any other and to date, has a student success rate of making money on deals of 50%, where the average program may get a 5% success rate (by the way, our student success rate has profits all over $20k each!)

That said, I have been asked numerous times over the last 6 months when we would start a new 8 week program. Unfortunately, due to the intense amount of time it takes to guide our students in this program, I was never able to accomodate.

My partner has agreed to take some of the load off from me as a portion of our business has switched gears and freed up some of his time, therefore, due to poular demand and many, many requests, we will do ONE last program.

A specific start date is not yet set, however, it will start soon, so get your emails (or pm's) to us ASAP for a private phone interview. Just like before, not every candidate will be selected into the program as we look for people who are willing to put forth the time and energy neccessary to succeed.

If you are one of those who refuses to go another day watching everybody else make money in RE, then get in touch with us and become the next sucess story! I have yet to make less than $25k on any one rehab flip here in CA and you can do it too. Not only will we take you through the entire process, we will have you in the field and at our rehab projects (if you are local to us or travel to us) and by the end of the 8 weeks, you will know EVERYTHING we do about how to flip REO's (including getting the money!!!)
