It may help your effort if you describe what area(s) of the country you are hiring in so that people can decide whether or not this is something they would like to pursue.

I don't think there is anyone active on this site that meets your expectations though, maybe only two but one is retired and wouldn't be interested....lol. Seriously, sounds like this position is above the pay grade of most investors.
You might consider making some contacts in the banking regulatory world, FDIC and Dept. of Treasury, etc. Examiners and RTC folks might be good canidates for you.....otherwise, you'll be buying an exesting operation or stealing them away. Good luck.

@ Bryan : we are hiring in the top 50 metro areas,
and possibly others depending on population.

@ financeexaminer: this position is for someone that has
bank contacts that they would like to leverage.
I am on many more commercial RE , distressed and off market assets sites, just didn"t want to pre-judge anyone on BP as I have been a member for over a year and have met some great people.

So just to be clear -
Are the positions advertised for

1- traditional positions where the bulk of the compensation is salary? , or

2- the bulk or all of the compensation is production (commission) based?, or

3- the candidate needs to pay a fee to join your organization ?

Just seeking clarity. 50 positions with traditional salary based pay is a tremendous investment on the part of the employer.

Don, I wouldn't have a problem hiring 500 people on commission. The OP needs "existing relationships". I would not have a problem buying that relationship mon a commission basis and offering support to make life easier for that "employee". My paid staff would be directly reltaed to production, so my clerks making 8 or 9 bucks an hour can go from part time to full time as needed.
Without specifics from Tony, that's what I would assume, that's what you or I would do I'm sure.
