If you are looking for funding through private investors or lending institutions, or trying to sell/wholesale a property, my services will greatly benefit the outcome for you.
I create Executive Summaries for submittal to lenders/investors for funding purposes or for a seller to market his/her property. Through my experience I have been able to pin-point what a funding firm/private investor wants to see upfront - basically, just enough to grab the interest in the project. Further documentation will then be requested from you.
The creation of the summary has an upfront cost of $450 for one property with an additional $150 for any additional properties (if a portfolio is requested). Land development projects will need to be looked at individually and priced individually. (Order yours today - price increase in 2011.)
After the summary is created, you can then submit to lenders/investors that would have interest in that particular type of real estate investment, or market to buyers if you are looking to sell/assign the property.
Almost all investors/lenders will request an Executive Summary for any project. By submitting the summary in your first contact with them, it shows you have done what is needed and you are sincere about moving forward.
