Hi Everyone,

I've been a member on these forums for a while, although I'm not able to post as often as I would like.

I'm Justin Callaway, I am a Realtor based in Miami Florida, specializing in Commercial Properties (Leasing and Sales). I do work for residential investors as well. If you or anyone you know has any need for or questions about anything in the South Florida area, please do not hesitate to let me know. Also, as a note, I am licensed in New York as well.

I would like to have information for other Realtors nationwide in case I have any referrals that I may have.

I am also pursuing my CCIM designation to become a even better resource to my clients and their particular needs, I cannot claim to have the designation as of yet, but I am gaining these essential tools to provide the best service possible.

Sorry for the delayed reply. I wouldn't say we are waiting for them, we try our best to get in before they get deep in the process or even to the point. A lot of the problems here with commercial properties is from a lack of quality tenants, which through our property management and leasing services we are working to remedy or suggest their alternative routes. For those in short sale already, we are helping with the sales of those properties, but we try, if feasible, to bring everything current and retain the landlord representation relationship.

I am most active in Office and Retail leasing both on Tenant and Landlord sides, but as opportunities present themselves I'm more than happy to take those on as well.
