how many hits a month - not many right now as we are not marketing the site until it is completely up and running.

biz model will be changing as well. developer is a college kid at Boston Univ and he's busy getting laid more often than he works on the site :D

there are two types of users for our site - members (investors, sellers, buyers of real estate) and

vendors - businesses that wish to advertise on the site.

we will be incorporating some very cool things on the site for users and businesses. we will also have a parent site that is going to blow people away. seriously.

start ups are always slow to get off the ground, especially when the founder (me) is a full-time real estate agent working in a great market (tough market for sh*tty realtors).
