I've been to multiple seminars and have read plenty of books on Real Estate Investing and so far what I have seen here is very powerful and I luv this BP community :D I am interested in REO Wholesaling but I figure for me to get over the hump I would like to maybe joint venture or be mentored like one of the success stories I just read on here..lol :mrgreen: Other than that I am open to any ideals or comments that you may have to create another successful investor here on Bigger Pockets :wink:

Hello Carlos, This site is a wealth of information to help you get started. You may want to check into a local Real Estate Investor Association for possible partners. You can also fund 100% of your wholesale purchase if you have a same-day buyer. Good luck getting started.
